Louise and Melanie are chartered, state registered women's health physiotherapists with fifteen years combined experience at renowned institutions including Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea Hospital and Guys & St Thomas' Hospitals.
They currently run the Women's Health physiotherapy service at University College Hospital, London and are both well established in private practice.
As specialist women's health physiotherapists, they offer treatment for pregnancy related aches and pains, antenatal and postnatal exercise instruction and advice on posture and back care. Through thorough individual assessment they aim to prevent or alleviate the physical stresses of pregnancy and provide coping strategies for labour. In addition, treatment for gynaecological problems such as incontinence, pelvic floor disorders and perineal pain following childbirth is offered.
Louise and Melanie are both members of the Health Professions Council, Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health, and Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice.
